Payment Problem

If you think the online payment has failed, always check if you have received a confirmation email. This email will enable you to see if your order has been submitted and if the order is already paid for or not. The confirmation e-mail is directly sent once the payment is complete. This may take a little longer if the payment is being processed by the credit card company or any other payment company. This can take up to 5-10 minutes.
If after 10 minutes you still have no email in your inbox so then Help or call to the restaurant phone number is on your order receipt. They will tell you if the order and the payment have succeeded.

Food Delay

Always make sure you have entered a correct phone number in case the restaurant wants to contact you about your order. Orders without a valid phone number will not be processed by the restaurant. After you have placed an order, you will receive an order number on your email. Please keep this information in case you need to Help regarding your order.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order, you must immediately contact the restaurant. You will find the phone number in your email. A cancellation is not possible through eforeat.ie seen that the restaurant must directly be informed of the cancellation.
If you paid your order online, you must inform eforeat.ie of the cancellation by contacting our customer service

will check the cancellation with the restaurant and refund the total amount of the order.
This refund can take up to 10 working days.

HOW IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED ?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an confirmation email sent to the email address that you entered when ordering. Keep this email and your order number in case you have any questions or remarks regarding your order. When you have received the email, eforeat.ie does all the rest. Just sit back, relax and enjoy your meal!

HOW DO I CHANGE MYORDER?

Once your order has been placed it is directly sent to the restaurant. If you wish to change your order, you will therefore need to call the restaurant on the phone number provided in your email. Seen the short lapse of time in which restaurants prepare orders, you can unfortunately not change your order through eforeat.ie If you have paid for your order online, you must cancel the order and place a new order with the correct products. In this case, don't forget to contact our customer service, so that we can refund the total amount of the cancelled order (after confirmation from the restaurant).

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you receive an order number after placing your order, then your order has been submitted. The email is probably just in your spam rather than in your inbox.
If you don't receive an order number, contact our customer service to find out if your order is being processed or not. Give the e-mail address you entered when ordering and the name of the selected restaurant.

HOW DO I CREATE ACCOUNT :

On the top of each page of the website there is an option "Login & Signup" Fill a short form with your valid email address and passwords and click submit after submit your account instantly activated without sending any activation link on your email and automatically you logged in and easily place order Does this answer your question? I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD

You have already created an account but you can’t remember your password? Click on ‘Login’ at the top of the page. Then click on ‘Forgot Password?’. Fill out your email address and a new password will be sent to you by email.

HOW DOES AN ACCOUNT WORK?

When you are logged in, you will always be asked if you wish to go to your account or continue on the same page. This will not interrupt your ordering process. If you order while you are logged on, your favourite restaurants and your passed orders will be saved for your next visit. To go to your account just click on ‘Account’ at the top of the page. In your account, you can change your details and password . Your address details and all your past orders will also be saved in your account. You can choose to add different addresses to your account. This is very handy if you often order from different locations!



WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF AN ACCOUNT :

You are obliged to create an account and it’s a very short form to fill, but it is very handy. The advantages are multtiple:
1. All your order history is saved and you can look at it at any time.
2. Any time you can always alter your personal details in your account.
3. Reorder the same food items at any time

What Are The Delivery Cost ?
The delivery costs vary from one restaurant to another. Delivery costs are always fixed by the restaurants themselves. eforeat.ie has no influence on these costs.

Is my payment info secure?

Yep. We never share any of these details with restaurants, and we encrypt everything the second you hit that “order” button. We use stripe.com, which is the leader in SSL encryption, to make sure no one (including us) can see those details.


When is my credit card charged?
Your card is charged as soon as you place your order, just as it would be when ordering over the phone.

Can I have two eforeat.ie accounts with the same email address?
Unfortunately, no. Because that email is tied to your username, you can only have one account per email address.

Can I save multiple addresses? Like “home,” “work,” and “future husband’s”?
Yep. Any address you use to place an order will be saved to your account. You can even label each one to make things easier.And if things don’t work out with “future husband,” you can delete any stored addresses by clicking your name in the top of the page (make sure you’re logged in, of course!).

Can I save special delivery instructions to my address?
You can, yeah. When checking out, you’ll have the option to save any delivery instructions to that address.

Why does it tell me that a restaurant doesn’t deliver to me?
Our restaurants determine their own delivery ranges, so it’s possible – if you’re browsing by neighbourhood, city or landmark rather than a specific address – that a specific restaurant listed won’t deliver to you. To be sure right from the start, we recommend you search using a specific address. If you’re not 100% sure of the address, it’s best to be as specific as you possibly can.

How does eforeat.ie make ordering delivery more eco-friendly?
We offer the option to decline things like napkins, plastic-ware and other unnecessary items during checkout. Hey, it’s a start.
